A comprehensive audit of WM’s design system resolved key issues in accessibility, flexibility, and scalability. By prioritizing components for upcoming deliverables, we improved the customer experience and long-term design efficiency. Collaborating with branding and engineering, we refined 150+ components to enhance consistency, reduce errors, and improve usability.

PSI (Partners in Sustainability Integration) aids organizations in developing and integrating customized technology and operational strategies to manage their energy, water, and waste initiatives. This project’s goal was to explore a web-based process engineering tool specifically designed that offer affordable, user-friendly, AI-driven solutions for small to mid-sized companies aiming to reduce water consumption, energy usage, and waste production.

As the largest waste collection company in North America, WM faced significant challenges managing the high volume of customer support calls. Consequently, reducing call volume became a primary goal for the company in 2023. I collaborated closely with a team including a UX designer, a content writer, and several front-end developers throughout the project to optimize the online self-help support flow and reduce call volumes.
